This website is operated by Prestigious Posies, Louki Akrita, 2333 Lakatameia, Cyprus. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Prestigious Posies. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Our pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, shape and finish are natural and are part of their character. Colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers available at checkout, and we do not store your full card details.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment already taken. You will receive an email confirming your order.

4. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products

For bespoke, personalised and made-to-order pieces, including wedding and event favours, the details and any pricing are agreed with you before production begins. Once you approve the design and production starts, the order is made specifically for you and the right of withdrawal does not apply. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Returns

We deliver to Cyprus and Greece. Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Safe Use of Candles and Fragrance Products

Burn candles only as directed, never leave a burning candle unattended, keep candles away from children, pets and flammable materials, and place them on a heat-resistant surface. Fragrance products are for external use only. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check the ingredients or contact us before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photographs, text, designs, logos and the Prestigious Posies name, belongs to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. As a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
