Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed with Prestigious Posies. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Ready-Made Items: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of ready-made items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To do so, please email us at prestigiousposies@gmail.com with your order number and your decision to withdraw.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, including any ribbon, box and wax seals. Candles must not have been lit.

Returning Your Item

Once you have notified us, please send the item back to us within 14 days. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please pack the item carefully, as you remain responsible for it until it reaches us, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the item, and the standard delivery cost originally paid, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back. The refund is made to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the item has lost value because of handling beyond what is needed to check it.

Bespoke, Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including bespoke wedding and event favours and custom designs, are created especially for you. In line with consumer protection law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these items once production has begun. Please review every detail carefully before approving your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at prestigiousposies@gmail.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return cost in these cases.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in production as bespoke or personalised pieces may not be cancellable.
