Prestigious Posies is based in Lakatameia, Cyprus. Every piece is prepared with care in our atelier, and we currently deliver within Cyprus and Greece.
Delivery Costs
- Cyprus: Standard Delivery is €4.00 for orders up to €64.99. Elite Delivery is complimentary for orders of €65.00 and above.
- Greece: we deliver via Box Now, and the delivery cost is calculated at checkout according to the size of your parcel.
The delivery cost applicable to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in euro (EUR).
Processing and Delivery Times
Ready-made pieces are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after your order is confirmed. Bespoke, personalised and made-to-order pieces, including wedding and event favours, are created especially for you, so their preparation time depends on the design and the quantity. We will confirm the expected timing with you before production begins.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the courier and public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information, where available, once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are complete and correct, as the courier will need to reach you. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because nobody was available to receive it, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our pieces are delicate. Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at prestigiousposies@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging, and we will put it right.
